Website enquiries submitted through my website are sent securely to my business email account.
Client agreements are signed electronically and stored within my secure email account.
Brief therapy notes are stored on a password-protected Remarkable device and backed up to the Remarkable Cloud.
Reasonable steps are taken to protect all information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
Online Therapy
Where online therapy is provided, sessions are conducted using Google Meet.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they access sessions from a private and secure location wherever possible.
Sharing Information
Your information will not be shared with third parties unless:
You have provided consent
There is a legal obligation to do so
There is a safeguarding concern involving serious risk of harm
Disclosure is required by a court order or other lawful authority
Where information is shared, only the minimum necessary information will be disclosed.
Website Analytics and Cookies

Client records are retained in accordance with professional and insurance requirements and are then securely destroyed.
